1. The staff were incredible and I couldn't ask for more. Helped me with my luggage on the day of arrival. Helped me get rid of the problem with ants in my room after I complained (I didn't see any more after the first night so whatever they did it worked!). When I was waiting for a tour pick up in the lobby they put the fan on for me without being asked. When I wanted to know where to stand for the Grab pick up (hotel is in an alleyway and cars can't get into it) the young male member of staff walked me to the spot, helped me with my luggage and waited until the Grab taxi turned up(only took a min or two). They knew enough English to get by and where there were translation issues we justed used Google translate and all was fine. 2. For the price I paid, I got a really big room with private bathroom. Other than the ants on day 1, it's clean and tidy and I had no other issues. Despite some reviews saying it's noisy,I found it to be quiet and I had no trouble sleeping (I was on the 4th floor). Had WiFi and AC, fridge, hairdryer, kettle. 3. The location is quite central and I walked everywhere as most things were within 30mins walk. On my day of arrival I took the shuttle from the airport and they left me around 3mins walk away from the hotel. Only cost VND15k for the shuttle. The Grab taxi to the airport from the hotel in the way back was VND159k.

We got off to a rough start. Apparently our room had been booked for another person simultaneously and when we got there the receptionist told us that our booking has been canceled. Understandably we were not happy. But then after some negotiating they said we can stay in the room we had booked. From then on the staff was nice to us. The room was very small, but it was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The location is great in terms of having many food options and also being next to the nightlife and also the main bus stop to get to the airport. So all in all it was a great place and we were pleasantly satisfied. The only issue some may have (that wasn’t a problem for us), is that at night the very loud sound of the clubs and bars nearby can be heard in the room even though it seemed to be soundproof. But overall i think it’s a good choice for the price we paid.

This hotel came as a beautiful surprise in the heart of the lively but somewhat noisy (and that's putting it mildly) backpacker district at bui vien walking street. I would not believe it was possible to have a quiet peaceful nights sleep, but I did in this super hotel located in a much quieter nearby backstreet. I was only needing a place to crash for one night before flying out of Vietnam so when the kind staff informed me prior to arrival that the single room I had chosen would be quite basic with a fold out bed and no window, I said that's fine. However on arrival it turned out a slight glitch in the booking website had led to no more single rooms being available. So what did the girl on the desk do? She upgraded me to a windowed double room at no extra charge! Is it any wonder I give them ten out of ten 😁

There are stairs to climb to get to the first floor, where you can then access the elevator. (I always choose hotels with upper floor access by elevator, so I found this to be a tad misleading.) I was exhausted when I arrived from Da Lat by bus, so the kindest, efficient and very hospitable young woman, "Sam" the receptionist sensed this and brought my suitcase to my room. The room was small but clean, I stayed only 2 nights, so it was OK. It's close to everything in D1, restaurants, attractions, September 23rd park and also close to the buses on Pham Ngu Lao Street that I'd take back to Phnom Penh. Down a quiet alleyway, and far enough away from the music from Bui Vien.

It was probably the cheapest single room with private bathroom you can find in the city Central area. It was my last night in Vietnam and I only had 1 small backpack and a handbag, the room was prefect for the price you paid. I think its fine for a single traveller for 1-2 nights. It was clean. I booked 3 other hotels before this one in different area and towns, I had the best sleep here (maybe because it was the last night in Vietnam, I was so tired lol) I recommend this hotel if you are not delicate person and want to save money to live in a convenient location!
